Đối với các vi phạm nghiêm trọng, có thể áp dụng xử lý hình sự theo Điều 225 Bộ luật Hình sự Việt Nam, bao gồm phạt tiền lên tới 500 triệu đồng hoặc phạt tù từ 6 tháng đến 3 năm.

Đây là một khóa học được bảo hộ nghiêm ngặt. Mọi vi phạm sẽ phải chịu hậu quả pháp lý nghiêm khắc.

Under Article 28 of the Vietnamese Intellectual Property Law, unauthorized reproduction and use of copyrighted materials constitutes an infringement of the author’s rights.

Violators may be subject to administrative fines under Decree 131/2013/ND-CP, with fines ranging from 3 million to 60 million VND and additional measures such as removal or destruction of infringing copies.

For serious infringements, criminal penalties may apply under Article 225 of the Vietnamese Penal Code, including fines up to 500 million VND or imprisonment from 6 months to 3 years.
